On Tuesdays, we are going to be sharing about things to do around Cedarville, so this week’s Townie Tuesday was actually Sleepy Town Tuesday, so it’s a day late, but it is exciting nonetheless. Enjoy & Go Explore!
As Cedarville students, we love to go hiking. We all usually head out to the Indian Mounds or John Bryan or Clifton Gorge. But, this weekend, I learned & explored a place that was new to me – one that I have never heard CU students talking about: Glen Helen Nature Preserve. It was lovely! It is just outside of Yellow Springs. There is actually a spring there, where the rocks have turned orange, which is where Yellow Springs got its name. Go! Visit this “new” adventurous hiking place! It was beautiful when I was there, but there will be a new beauty happening there soon, as the leaves will be changing!
Go explore. Be adventurous. Take risks.
